Below, we outline how the information collected through the website www.tecnogolf.mx and any other site controlled by TECNOGOLF (the “Site,” “Our Site”) will be stored, safeguarded, processed, and/or shared. This Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) applies to all products or services provided by TECNOGOLF (the “Services”) through its Site. By accessing TECNOGOLF’s Site, you accept this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Notice, please refrain from using the Services or registering on the Site. Each time you use or access the Site, the most recent version of this Privacy Notice will apply. Information Collection by TECNOGOLF
TECNOGOLF may collect the following types of information from its CLIENTS through our Site: “Personal Information” – Full name, phone number, address, email address, and/or job title or occupation. TECNOGOLF collects “Personal Information” when it is voluntarily provided by you during registration on our Site. “Aggregated Information” – (Frequency of visits to the Site, search terms entered, most frequently accessed pages on the Site, type of browser used, etc.). By using the platform, server, email, or other means, you acknowledge and accept that the “Personal Information” you provide is identifiable to you personally. “Aggregated Information” is automatically collected when prospective or existing CLIENTS visit pages on the Site, request our Services, and/or send any kind of documents, attachments, or samples in relation to those Services. Aggregated Information is used collectively to monitor, audit, and analyze business performance indicators.
Use of Information by TECNOGOLF
We use “Personal Information” and “Aggregated Information” in an effort to enhance your experience on the Site and to communicate with you regarding the information you request. Minors

If TECNOGOLF violates the provisions of the Law for reasons attributable to it, you may file a complaint with the IFAI.
